WELCOME TO Nara

Nara is one of the oldest cities in Japan. The Hejyo capital from 710 to 784 located in Nara.

Nara Prefecture is borders Kyoto to the north and Osaka to the east. Nara is the 40th largest, the 30th most populous, and the 14th most densely populated of the 47 prefectures. Nara isn't face on the sea, nearly 2/3 of the land in Nara is mountains and forests.The body of the population lives in the basin which is topographically closed and surrounded by mountains.

As of January 2015, the prefecture's effective opening-to-application ratio is 0.90 (all over Japan's rate is 1.14).It increased by 0.04 points in comparison to last month.

Nara is a short train ride from Kyoto. But you should not make a day trip. There are so many sightseeing spots and marvelous hotels.
Nara Park (Deer Park) as deer live in the park. The deer will approach you to be fed while bowing. Whether you choose to do so is entirely at your discretion.
Built out of cypress as a dignified looking state guest house, Nara Hotel opened its doors in 1909. The American-made piano that was played by Albert Einstein is on display in the lobby.
